| Eligibility |

The minimum qualification required for admission is graduation
from a recognized university. Those who are awaiting final degree results
can also apply. Their confirmed admission will be dependant on the submission
of the degree certificate and qualifying mark list.

| Selection |
 |
The selection for admission will be based on personal interview.
|
| Roll Number |
 |
All students getting admitted will be allotted
roll numbers.
|
| Identity Card |
 |
All registered students are eligible for identity cards. Rs. 300
will be charged for identity card.
|
| How to pay Fee |
 |
All payments to the school should
be by cash or demand draft only. The
D.D. should be in favour of School
of Communication and Management Studies
payable at any bank at Ernakulam only.
First instalment of fee should be
paid at the time of admission. Delay
in payment of fee beyond the due date
will attract fine of Rs200 and readmission
fee of Rs1000. Those who do not pay
the fee even after the date of readmission
will be removed from the rolls of
the School. The due dates of payment
of fees will be given in the academic
calendar issued to every student.

Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances
whatsoever.

| Attendance |
 |
A minimum attendance of 85% of the classes conducted is required
for every course.
|
| Evaluation Criteria |
 |
Evaluation criteria are divided
into two Internal Assessment &
End Term Examination. A separate minimum
of 40% marks in both the categories
is required for a pass.

| Merit Rating |
 |
Above 60% considered as first class and above 70% as distinction.
|
| Academic Discipline |
 |
The School attaches great importance to discipline. Violations
may attract immediate expulsion from
the rolls.
|
| Manual of Policies |
 |
A document detailing the conduct of the courses, academic work,
discipline, and other rules and regulations
will be made available to the students
within fifteen days from the commencement
of the classes. This is a very important
document.

SCMS reserves the right to revise, amend or change the regulations,
scheme of examinations and syllabus. |

In all matters concerning the affairs of the School the decision
of the Chairman will be final and
legally binding to the constituents.

| Legal Jurisdiction |
 |
For all legal matters and litigation jurisdiction is limited to courts
in Ernakulam, where the School has its headquarters and the cause of action
took place. |
