Personality development
The most outstanding feature of our teaching
system is the emphasis we give to the development
of the individual as a whole, in addition
to the classroom studies based on the syllabus.
It is a feature unique to SCMS.
A series of training programmes are conducted
with the assistance of external experts
to sharpen the managerial expertise like
communication skills, interpersonal skills,
analytical ability, public speaking, empathy,
positive attitude, self confidence, emotional
intelligence, assertiveness etc.
Placements
The placement cell is very active
in SCMS. The reputation that has already
been established by SCMS as a high quality
educational institution will certainly
help the students a lot in getting good
placements. But the important thing to
be remembered is that for achieving the
best results, students themselves should
take seriously the study programme, utilizing
fully the excellent facilities offered
by the school, to develop high level of
competence stipulated by the recruiters.
There had been many instances where deserving
students were offered placements even
before they completed the course.
