public relations; advertising; or related industries, services and
government positions. It will also help people who are seeking a
career in these fields. It has been designed specifically to provide

The course is also offered in full-time or part-time mode generally
with classes in the evenings. You will need to have access to medium-to-high
level computer hardware. |
Admission requirements |
Admission is normally on the basis of the completion of one of the
following: |

a four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant
field or |
 |
an Honours degree or |
 |
a three-year undergraduate degree with at
least two years' of relevant work experience; or |
 |
a graduate diploma in a relevant field;
or |
 |
academic qualifications deemed to be equivalent
by the University's Admissions Committee; or |
 |
various combinations of study, paid/unpaid
work experience and life experience as formalty set out in
the University's Policy Advice on RPL for Applicants. |

| Your course of study will be finalised
after an interview with the Program Director. |
What subjects will I study? |
Each subject focuses on aspects of the challenges in the profession,
and completion of all subjects will give you an advanced understanding
of Marketing Communication. |
What will this course cost? |
In 2003, the fees for Australian students will be $1,400 per subject.
