• Three copies each of 10^th , 12^th & Diploma Mark list and Certificate
• Five photographs – Four  passport size and one stamp size

• Candidates who passed their qualifying examination from Universities/Boards outside the State shall produce “Eligibility Certificate / Equivalency Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.

 
 
 
(B)     Details of fees to be remitted at the time of Enrollment at the
College.

• KTU – Sports & Arts Fee                               -  Rs.500/-

• KTU Student Affiliation Fee                          -  Rs. 750/-

(C)     Hostel accommodation (available for Boys & Girls)
Those requiring hostel accommodations have to fill up the application form and remit the following fees.

• Hostel caution deposit (Refundable)            -  Rs.5,000/-
• Advance Hostel Rent for six months            -  Rs.2,000/-per month       Rs. 20,600/-
• One month advance towards mess fee          -  Rs.3,600/-

 
(D)    Transportation.
Those requiring transport facility by College bus have to fill up the form and remit the fee for six months.  Transport facility will be available from Vytila, Thripunithura (Seaport Airport road), Thoppumpady, Valanjambalam, GCDA, Palarivattom, Highcourt Junction, Vaduthala, Perumbavoor, Paravur, Kodungallur, Thrissur and Irinjalakuda to College and back. 
 
Mode of fee collection from students who are admitted.
       Students can pay the fees using any one of the following options at the time of joining.

1. By Demand draft in the name of "SCMS SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY" payable at Kalamassery/ Ernakulam
2. Students can pay fees by NEFT/RTGS as per the Beneficiary details given below. Proof of the fund transfer details to be submitted at the time of admission.
