WIPRO MISSION 10X

WIPRO as an Industrial Leader initiated Mission 10X which was formally launched on September 5, 2007 to address the challenges of employability in engineering education. The key task was to develop a sustainable model to enhance the quality of engineering education in India. Mission10X adopted an innovative three-pronged approach on Faculty, Leadership and Technology. Together, these three initiatives result in helping build institutions which are on par with the best in the world.

Mission10x is an entirely not-for-profit initiative aiming to improve employability of young Indian engineers. Since its launch, Mission10X has achieved tremendous recognition and momentum within the field of engineering education. In order to create a sustainable model, WIPRO have re-worked our strategy to partner with our institution and make a bigger impact in the graduate engineer employability landscape. The program is being implemented through a series of faculty enablement workshops. Mission 10X's training faculty comprises of experts from various fields of engineering and social sciences and it collaborates with reputed Inter national and National Institutions like IIT Bombay, Anna University, Dale Carnegie Training and University of Cambridge
